Make sure the dish or item is well-lit and fills most of the frame. For barcodes, hold steady until it locks. If results still look off, try again from a slightly different angle — and remember you can always edit the result before saving.
Go to Profile → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you subscribed with, your Plus access will return.
Subscriptions are managed by the store: cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You keep Plus until the end of the current billing period.
Check that you're signed in to the same account on both devices and connected to the internet. Pull to refresh on the Home tab. If it persists, email us and we'll help.
